LL Roberts Group, a professional employer organization, needed a more cost-effective way to manage workforce timekeeping for its clients. Using WorkforceHub’s TimeWorksPlus and TimeWorks Mobile, LLRG aimed to save time, improve accuracy, and reduce labor costs while helping clients move away from manual, paper-based time tracking.
WorkforceHub implemented a phased 90-day rollout of Time Systems with verification clocks, along with training and finger mapping at each location. The result was about $250,000 in annual payroll savings for one client, while two full-time employees cut payroll processing from more than two days of work to just 30–60 minutes per pay period, with fewer manual errors and better labor visibility.
