Happy Monday is a Belgium-based IT provider founded by Thomas Berard and Thomas Cogels to serve very small businesses that lacked any IT support or infrastructure. The founders set out to keep things simple and human—delivering flexible, cloud-based solutions for companies with fluctuating headcounts—while launching the business in the midst of the 2012 European debt crisis.

They bundle email, file sharing, monitoring and backups with hands-on help desk support, training and hardware, and run operations on WORK[etc] for CRM, project templates, support tickets, customer portals and invoicing. Using standardized project templates and a single app reduced onboarding friction and task assignment, sped up invoicing from roughly 24 hours on Excel to about 1 hour in WORK[etc], and delivered faster, more reliable service and higher customer satisfaction.
