RankRise, an Australian agency, needed to hire high-quality content writers to help scale their client services but was struggling with the inconsistent results from their previous hiring platform, Upwork. They turned to Workello and used its "Hiring Niche Writers" playbook to find a solution for attracting and vetting skilled writers.

Workello provided a pre-optimized job description template and pre-configured skills assessments. This process allowed RankRise to attract 791 applicants and efficiently identify the top talent. From 104 assessments, they shortlisted 11 candidates for interviews and successfully hired three new writers, one of whom was offered a full-time position. Will Qu, the agency's founder, stated that Workello made the process smooth and that they would not have been able to hire the same quality of writers without it.
