Wellesley's unified system earns high marks from students and staff

Wellesley College, a leading liberal arts college for women, needed better budget accuracy, more visibility into student activity, and a more efficient way to manage academic and administrative data. The college turned to Workday, using Workday Student to bring academics, financial aid, advising, student finance, time tracking, work study, and payroll into a single accessible system.

With Workday, Wellesley College streamlined business processes, improved registration, and gained better insight into academic progress and enrollment. The results included increased accuracy in managing endowment income and budgets, and 85% of polled students said the new Workday registration process was better than the old ERP system.
