Workday helped PwC migrate all skills data into Workday Skills Cloud, connect its badging system to worker profiles, and prepare teams through a familiarization tenant before go-live. The result was a 90% increase in recorded skills in one year, with 85% of territories confident they were on track for deployment on schedule.
