Supporting Rapid Growth at Ensono with a Single System

Ensono, the newly independent mainframe, infrastructure, and cloud services company spun out of Acxiom, needed a scalable financial and HR platform to support ~700 employees and aggressive growth plans. Facing a tight deadline to separate systems after the split, the company had to quickly stand up a single enterprise system that could consolidate data and scale with future hiring and product standardization.

Ensono migrated to Workday Financial Management and HCM with Deloitte’s help, going live in two months, and replaced multiple legacy tools (PeopleSoft, Concur, Taleo, CA Clarity). The single-system approach is saving roughly $1M a year, simplified maintenance and updates, shortened monthly close from 7–10 days to five, and set the company up to automate billing, integrate operational tools, and deliver faster, more accurate financial insights for growth and board reporting.
