As a result, Sodexo increased eNPS by 29 points since 2017, improved its strategy driver score by more than 40 points, saw gains of over 25 points in development, recognition, and rewards, reduced turnover in the Czech Republic, and updated employee benefits based on feedback collected through Workday.
