Using Workday, St. Luke’s built self-service apps, including My Opt-In Bonuses, to let employees review bonus details and enroll directly in programs. Workday helped the network deploy three apps in eight months, respond to a time-tracking outage in just three days, and improve nurse retention by 50% in one year.
