QTS drives continuous improvement using Workday Success Plans

Quality Technology Services (QTS), a data center provider, wanted to improve how it used Workday across learning, finance, and support. Using Workday Success Plans alongside its Application Managed Services partner, QTS sought expert guidance to solve challenges such as overloaded invoice processing, a clunky learning experience for more than 1,800 end users, and performance issues in Workday Adaptive Planning.

Workday helped QTS through Ask-an-Expert sessions, Functional Reviews, and training resources to optimize configuration, streamline processes, and support adoption. The results included 39 recommended improvements for Workday Learning, compliance training tracking cut from hours to minutes, and a reduction of forecasting formulas from 3 billion to 1.2 billion, helping QTS improve efficiency, speed, and user experience.
