Its small staffing team had to screen 2,500 applicants a month, hire and onboard 1,500 new employees, and manage payroll complexities, including tax verification and incentive pay changes, using Workday.
With Workday automating much of the recruiting, onboarding, and payroll process, ScribeAmerica reduced the time spent physically verifying tax information and saved 780 hours of payroll time per year. The company also reported saving $30 per new hire for 18,000 hires annually, equal to about $540,000 a year, while supporting a staffing team of fewer than 20 people.
