NVIDIA, a company experiencing explosive hiring growth, needed a better way to manage its high-volume recruiting process. With around 2,500 applications arriving daily and nearly 150,000 candidates in review, the company’s existing system made it difficult to move candidates between recruiters efficiently, leaving many applications stuck in inboxes. NVIDIA used Workday to support its hire-to-retire talent management process.

Workday implemented mass operations management in its talent management solution, enabling NVIDIA to mass assign up to 50,000 candidates at a time and give hiring managers clearer visibility into each stage of the process. What previously took more than 24 hours is now completed overnight, with NVIDIA reassigning 10,000 actions by morning each day. The result was faster candidate movement, less manual work, and more flexibility for managers and recruiters, all delivered through Workday.
