Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking Asia Pacific, part of Groupe BPCE, operates from a Hong Kong hub with about 700 employees across 12 APAC offices and was growing head-count roughly 10% per year. The platform automated approvals and recruitment workflows, delivered real-time dashboards and org charts, centralized learning records, and reduced manual follow-ups and IT maintenance—improving manager visibility, saving time, and providing a scalable, user-friendly foundation for further HR process automation.
