Using Workday, the company wanted to improve budgeting, planning, and analytics so teams could spend less time preparing data and more time responding to changing market conditions.
Workday implemented automated planning and analytics capabilities, including Workday Prism Analytics, to bring external data into dashboards and reports and streamline budgeting and reporting processes. As a result, MGM China can analyze trends and adapt strategy more quickly, and ESG regulatory reporting time dropped from 2 to 3 days to less than an hour, helping the business react faster and focus on strategy.
