Chickasaw Nation Industries (CNI), a Norman, Oklahoma-based holding company and government contractor owned by the Chickasaw Nation, faced rapid growth and the need to scale without increasing headcount. Workday deployed Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Payroll, and Workforce Management to unify HR, payroll, recruiting, and planning in one platform. The solution automated new-hire processing, improved billing accuracy and compliance, and simplified HR through mobile access. As a result, CNI integrated acquisitions in as little as two weeks, grew its contract workforce by 48% while support staff rose only 8%, and gained greater speed and efficiency across operations.
