La Clinica De La Raza, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving more than 90,000 patients across 35 clinics, was struggling to manage increasingly complex FP&A needs as it grew. With a budget of over $100 million, 100+ cost centers, and hundreds of grants to report against, the organization needed a better way to plan accurately and maintain accountability using Workday.

La Clinica De La Raza worked with Workday and implementation partner Prime Planning to deploy Workday Adaptive Planning. The solution combined financial and statistical data, helping the team allocate staff, track costs and visits in real time, and monitor provider capacity across sites. The CFO said Workday Adaptive Planning helped them better frame the context of the data and led to using the system three to four times each day for research and analysis.
