FAU needed a better way to reconcile transaction-level detail from its payment gateway and support on-demand reporting across finance and HR. Using Workday, FAU moved 12 years of historical records into one system after struggling with legacy summary-level postings that couldn’t easily match transactional data.

Workday Prism Analytics helped FAU import detailed revenue data into Workday and enrich dashboards with non-tuition receivables like e-gaming and parking. The result was the retirement of legacy systems, consolidation of 10–15 data sets totaling 800 MB, support for 100 users, and faster delivery of new use cases in 3–4 weeks, with more than 10 years of financial data now visible on dashboards.
