Workday helped Ryder combine 10 applications into one platform and give suppliers self-service access through a dedicated portal. The results included reducing ledger accounts from 4,000 to 700, cutting time and effort for regulatory reporting, lowering help desk tickets, and improving employee and supplier engagement.
