With Workday, OU Health implemented aligned workflows, simplified forms, and a mobile app that improved transparency and collaboration across clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. The results included $25 million in aggregate savings over two years, support for more than 400 external stakeholders, management of 4,700 contracts across 16 spend categories, and a 100% increase in collaboration with clinical stakeholders.
