Community Health Services of Georgia (CHSGA) is a network of member organizations that provides services to aging adults across every county in Georgia, supporting more than 6,000 associates. Facing legacy “green screen” systems, fragmented charts of accounts, and manual, paper-based processes, CHSGA needed a modern, scalable enterprise platform to support a mobile, tech-savvy workforce and deliver timely, accurate HR and financial information.

CHSGA implemented Workday’s cloud-based suite (Human Capital Management, Financial Management, Payroll, and Procurement) to create a single system of record with a consolidated chart of accounts, Worktags for detailed cost tracking, robust audit trails, and mobile access. The change sped up expense reporting and approvals, improved financial visibility and accountability, and gave managers the trusted data they need to make better, more proactive decisions.
