Hilti needed a global, scalable way to support growth and improve employee and workforce planning across HR and finance. By using Workday, including Workday Adaptive Planning, Hilti aimed to create a single source of truth for people data and a more seamless experience for stakeholders.

Workday helped Hilti build a global system for all people processes, strengthen collaboration between HR and finance, and support strategic workforce planning. A U.S. pilot of Workday Adaptive Planning delivered a breakthrough by aligning budget and headcount planning with finance and enabling positions to be created directly in Workday, improving data-driven planning for future growth.
