Building a strategy that reflects the diversity of SNHU’s learners

SNHU needed to evolve its DE&I and talent strategy to better reflect the diverse, nontraditional learners it serves, while also understanding employee experiences to attract and retain a workforce that mirrors broader society. To do that, SNHU used Workday Peakon Employee Voice from Workday to gain real-time insight into employee engagement and inclusion.

With Workday, SNHU gained visibility it previously didn’t have, helping guide a more inclusive and equitable organization. The results included a 33-point increase in engagement NPS between 2018 and 2020, a 62 NPS in the Freedom of Opinions driver, a 40 NPS in the Growth driver, and more than 185,000 employee comments since implementation.
