Bronson Healthcare boosts training agility with Workday Learning

Bronson Healthcare needed to quickly modernize and simplify training, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic forced it to replace in-person onboarding with a virtual program in just four days. With Workday Learning, Bronson also aimed to reduce the complexity of managing safety, compliance, and instructor-led training content while improving access for employees and contractors.

Workday implemented Workday Learning and Workday Extended Enterprise for Learning, helping Bronson digitize more training, eliminate separate lesson versions, and provide on-demand learning anywhere. The results included virtualized onboarding in 4 days, consolidation of 98% of safety and compliance courses, and remote onboarding for 1,200 people over nine months, while also improving administrative efficiency and training agility.
