Workday helped Baltimore move to a secure, citywide cloud system that standardized operations across 40 agencies and significantly reduced paperwork and IT overhead. The results included $2.5 million saved in IT costs and 370,000 pieces of paper removed, creating a more efficient and resilient technology foundation for the city.
