To support this shift, AGL worked with Workday and its AI-powered Career Hub, creating a skills-based approach to recruitment and development that gave managers a more dynamic view of career growth.
Workday implemented Career Hub so employees could build profiles, map skills, and receive AI-driven learning and development recommendations. The impact was strong: within 3 months, 33% of employees added skills to their profile and 35% created a Career Hub profile, giving AGL better visibility into workforce capabilities and helping leaders identify where to reskill, redeploy, or hire.
