The change delivered a single source of truth, slashed the chart of accounts from 6,000 to 300, cut quarterly close time by roughly 50%, reduced ongoing HR/finance/payroll costs by about 50%, and trimmed support resources to one-third so two-thirds could be redeployed to member-focused priorities.
