A royal transformation with Workday

LGT, the international private banking and asset management group owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein, needed to modernize and standardize HR across its global locations while still preserving flexibility for local needs. To support its digital transformation, LGT partnered with Workday and used Workday Human Capital Management, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Data Hub, and App Development tools to build a stronger HR foundation and replace manual processes.

Workday helped LGT digitize and streamline HR operations in phases, from consolidating processes to automating workflows and extending capabilities with custom apps. A global digital recruiting process now includes automated offer letters, digital contract signing, and candidate onboarding access, cutting the time from offer creation to signed contracts from at least one week to within a single day. With Workday, LGT improved efficiency, simplified processes, and enhanced the candidate experience across its global organization.
