OneDigital, a rapidly growing consulting firm, needed to keep up with expansion by integrating newly acquired companies, speeding up hiring, and reducing manual HR work. Using Workday Adaptive Planning and related Workday automation tools, the company aimed to support growth across its health and financial services businesses, including Medicare Advantage.

Workday Adaptive Planning helped OneDigital automate recruiting and compensation processes, including background checks and candidate screening, while improving merit cycles and performance reviews. The results included about $50,000 in annual internal time savings, faster job candidate reviews, and improved hiring efficiency for roughly 1,000 annual hires from a pool of nearly 90,000 candidates.
