OneDigital, a rapidly growing consulting firm, needed to keep up with expansion by integrating newly acquired companies, speeding up hiring, and reducing manual HR work. The results included about $50,000 in annual internal time savings, faster job candidate reviews, and improved hiring efficiency for roughly 1,000 annual hires from a pool of nearly 90,000 candidates.
