Case Study: Sanofi achieves better workforce insights with Workday Adaptive Planning

A Workday Adaptive Planning Case Study

Preview of the Sanofi Case Study

Sanofi improves workforce insights with real-time data across the globe

Sanofi, the global life sciences company headquartered in Paris, faced fragmented HR systems and limited visibility into employee and talent data after years of mergers and acquisitions. To address this challenge, Sanofi turned to Workday Adaptive Planning and related Workday human capital management capabilities to create a single, global source of truth for HR information and improve workforce planning.

Workday Adaptive Planning helped Sanofi consolidate HR data into one database, give employees and managers self-service access on any device, and strengthen analytics for better decision-making. The rollout began across North America, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for about 28,000 employees, with performance and talent management extended company-wide. Sanofi expects Workday Adaptive Planning to reduce administrative burden, lower total cost of ownership, and significantly improve leader effectiveness across its global workforce.
