To address this challenge, Sanofi turned to Workday Adaptive Planning and related Workday human capital management capabilities to create a single, global source of truth for HR information and improve workforce planning.
Workday Adaptive Planning helped Sanofi consolidate HR data into one database, give employees and managers self-service access on any device, and strengthen analytics for better decision-making. The rollout began across North America, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria for about 28,000 employees, with performance and talent management extended company-wide. Sanofi expects Workday Adaptive Planning to reduce administrative burden, lower total cost of ownership, and significantly improve leader effectiveness across its global workforce.
