A Workday Adaptive Planning Case Study
Ricoh Australia, a long-standing provider of technology and IT solutions, needed a more agile way to capture and act on employee feedback. Their People & Purpose HR team was spending months turning survey data into insights, leaving employees feeling unheard, managers with little to act on, and HR weighed down by heavy administrative work.
After adopting Workday Peakon Employee Voice in May 2019, Ricoh automated analysis, enabled two-way conversations and more frequent surveys, and cut at least 100 hours of admin per survey round. Results include Communication scores rising from 6.2 to 7.3 (moving from the bottom 25% to the top 25% of peers), Recognition improving from 6.4 to 7.3 (metric from –18 to +14), and ~16,000 employee comments validating initiatives and driving faster, visible action.
