Workday Adaptive Planning helped Innisfree Hotels simplify its tech stack, standardize reporting, and gain real-time visibility into cash flow and workforce data. As a result, the company consolidated data from 18 PMS and POS systems into one, automated 85% of cash flow reports, began reconciling over 140 bank accounts daily, and improved recruiting and onboarding—enabling it to spin up new entities and onboard acquisitions in days instead of weeks.
