The results included smoother people processes in remote locations, 1,600+ applications processed in the first year for RAC Parks & Resorts, 85% Workday app uptake among the field force, 63,000+ learning courses completed in 20 months, and 11% of the workforce using flex work functionality within the first 8 weeks.
