GenesisCare, a global healthcare provider with 440 centres and about 6,000 staff, faced fragmented, manual HR and planning processes that left the organisation unable to accurately see who worked where and made budgeting, forecasting and recruitment slow and error-prone. GenesisCare implemented Workday’s HCM suite, including Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Recruiting, to deliver a single global, mobile-friendly system with visual org charts, real-time data and interactive dashboards. As a result, every employee record is now in Workday, budgeting pain has largely disappeared, leaders can model restructures quickly (critical during COVID), HR operates more efficiently with smaller teams doing higher-value work, and recruitment is faster and lower cost.
