By deploying Workday Human Capital Management (with Talent, Compensation, and Performance modules), Avon consolidated 50+ systems into a single platform, standardized and automated processes, and delivered real-time, reliable data for org modeling, succession, and performance management. Results included eliminating dozens of licenses, saving managers one hour per week (about $10M), improving the HR FTE ratio from 75:1 to 83:1 (saving 61 FTE / $2.9M), and greater scalability for strategic HR and talent programs.
