Infosecurity Magazine, a leading information security publisher with over 65,000 digital subscribers and around 6,000 annual virtual conference registrants, needed a more polished, sponsor-friendly virtual event experience than their legacy product provided. WorkCast implemented a live virtual conference environment that lets Infosecurity Magazine use pre‑recorded content, graded polls, and automated accreditation so attendees can download certifications and organizers can transfer credits to accreditation bodies. The change improved the look and feel of events, reduced the need for stand staff, increased networking adoption among technical attendees, and drove growth in attendance; WorkCast’s deployment is credited with key reported metrics of 50%, 30+, and 95% as measurable impacts.
