CMA, a Las Vegas–based not‑for‑profit association that helps B2B companies make fast, accurate credit decisions, needed to pivot its CreditScape conference online when the COVID‑19 pandemic halted in‑person events. With no prior virtual-event experience, CMA faced three main challenges: finding a platform that offered hands‑on support, convincing sponsors of a strong ROI, and maintaining or exceeding in‑person engagement — so they partnered with WorkCast and its virtual event platform.

WorkCast delivered virtual sponsor booths, fully branded event templates, gamification (an attendee leaderboard with prize incentives), end‑to‑end event support, and detailed reporting dashboards that tracked registrations, live attendance and resource interactions. The CreditScape virtual conference ran successfully, earned positive feedback from attendees and sponsors, gave sponsors measurable booth performance data, and provided CMA with deeper engagement analytics than they had from in‑person events.
