ATG chose Workbooks for a bespoke CRM that brings advert sales order processing into the same system as contact management and invoicing. Workbooks automated order line creation, standardised naming, supported multiple discount levels and controlled edits to fulfilled items, syncs with Sage for finance, and will track advert fulfilment for production — resulting in streamlined operations, reduced errors and improved cross‑department visibility.
