Megatech Limited, established in 1973, is the UK’s largest independent supplier of equipment and services to the semiconductor and thin film industries. Despite deep technical expertise, the business struggled with fragmented systems—Salesforce, Sage Line 50, Sage CRM, Excel and separate operations tools—causing duplicated data, poor pipeline visibility and slow interdepartmental communication.

After evaluating vendors, Megatech implemented Workbooks as a single unified CRM to manage the full sales-to-cash process. The platform consolidated supplier and customer data, enabled quotations, orders and invoicing from one system, and added campaign tools (with MailChimp integration) for targeted email marketing.
