AstraZeneca, a global science-led biopharmaceutical focused on oncology, CVMD and respiratory therapies, faced the challenge of driving org-wide digital transformation and strategic alignment across a rapidly growing, globally distributed IT organization. The platform enabled weekly progress visibility, faster cross-functional goal-setting (newly doubled teams set goals in two weeks), clearer accountability and willingness to “embrace the red.” Results include stronger strategic alignment, broader outcome-mindset adoption across global IT, faster decision cycles and growing demand from other parts of the business.
