Accenture’s Cyber Threat Intelligence team, led by Rich Barger in the Future State unit, faced the common enterprise challenge of uniting a globally distributed, culturally diverse set of teams after acquisitions — with silos, multiple tools (PowerPoint, Confluence, Slack), manual status reporting, and limited strategic alignment. The team needed a way to scale OKR adoption, establish a consistent operating rhythm, and modernize execution without adding administrative burden.

They partnered with WorkBoard to certify OKR coaches, enroll leaders in Results Management training, and deploy a purpose-built Strategy Execution Platform and digital operating rhythm. The change delivered a single source of truth, streamlined meetings and reporting, reduced administrative work, improved cross-region collaboration, and gave leaders 360° visibility into progress (many Objectives were 40–60% complete mid-quarter). The platform also strengthened crisis response and decision support; Accenture has been a WorkBoard customer since 2021.
