How this Nonprofit Used Intacct, Salesforce, and Workato to Digitally Transform

Spoken Worldwide (formerly T4 Global) is a lean nonprofit that brings Gospel and educational content to oral cultures. Operations manager Ann Chacko was juggling HR, accounting and admin while using Salesforce mainly as a contact database and separate transaction services, which forced time-consuming manual exports/imports and left gaps in marketing and donation workflows.

With Venn Technology, Spoken Worldwide implemented Intacct and expanded Salesforce, then used Workato recipes to sync donations and donor data in real time and in daily batches (creating Intacct journal entries, avoiding duplicates) and to bridge MailChimp–Salesforce gaps. The integrations cut manual data entry, improved financial and donor reporting, and saved Ann roughly 10 hours per week, giving the nonprofit faster, more accurate data and more capacity for mission work.
