PKP Energetyka, a major Polish energy company with over 5,000 employees, faced a challenge in communicating and engaging its large, geographically dispersed workforce that included both office staff and field technicians. Their reliance on email and shared drives was inefficient, prompting them to seek a new intranet solution from the vendor Workai to create a centralized hub for information.

Workai implemented its intranet platform, which featured a user-friendly visual editor for content creation and a mobile-responsive design for on-the-go access. The solution consolidated internal publications, enabled knowledge sharing through articles and forums, and introduced a helpful chatbot. As a result, the company significantly improved internal communications and, for the first time, could track content readership. The deployment was so successful that it was recognized as one of the top 10 best intranets in the world by the Nielsen Norman Group.
