Ryder System, a Fortune 500 leader in fleet management and supply chain logistics, wanted to improve the visibility of its CDL driver openings where candidates were already spending time, especially on Facebook. The company also needed to reach more candidate leads and pre-qualify applicants to ease the workload on recruiters.
Work4 implemented its proprietary Facebook targeting system and custom qualifying questions to help Ryder reach new audiences, screen candidates for CDL license and experience requirements, and move applicants through the hiring funnel more efficiently. In the first six months of 2022, Ryder received 4,108 driver leads via Facebook Ads, and Work4 helped expand exposure beyond traditional job boards to improve hiring results.
