Atomic Recycling, the leader in construction waste recycling in the Twin Cities area, needed to improve job visibility and attract more A/B CDL driver candidates on Facebook. Work4 helped them target the audiences where drivers spend most of their time and reach more qualified leads to support hiring.
Work4 implemented its proprietary Facebook recruitment targeting system for Atomic Recycling, expanding their reach beyond what they could access on their own. In 30 days, the campaign generated 56 driver leads, 86% of which were qualified, and helped Atomic Recycling fill all open trucks in under 30 days.
