Case Study: ElectriX improves EV charging point mapping with Woosmap

LV= General Insurance’s ElectriX service supports electric car drivers, with Woosmap’s charging points mapping

ElectriX, a service from LV= General Insurance, helps drivers switch to electric vehicles but needed to address customer concerns about finding reliable and accessible EV charging points across the UK. To power the mapping for their one-stop-shop platform, ElectriX chose to implement the Store Locator from the vendor Woosmap.

Woosmap provided a solution using its API and Store Locator Widget, which offered extensive European coverage of charging stations and a white-label approach for a unique, user-friendly design. The results for ElectriX include a reliable, up-to-date map displaying over 89,000 UK charging connectors, giving drivers the confidence to make the switch to electric cars. Woosmap's mobile-friendly integration helps ElectriX support both B2C and B2B customers on their EV journey.
