Woopra gave SERMO granular visibility into product usage, automated report sharing, advanced segmentation, and conversion-funnel analysis—revealing insights like a low-visibility module that was moved higher and a supposedly underperforming page that actually had high time-on-page engagement. As a result, SERMO improved campaign measurement, optimized content placement, and can now quantify engagement KPIs and segment-specific conversion behavior using Woopra.
