SERMO, a global physician network of over 382,000 licensed doctors across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, and New Zealand, struggled with fragmented, inconsistent user data that made cross-team collaboration and campaign measurement difficult. To unify tracking and reporting, SERMO implemented Woopra’s customer analytics platform so all teams could pull from one centralized data source.

Woopra gave SERMO granular visibility into product usage, automated report sharing, advanced segmentation, and conversion-funnel analysis—revealing insights like a low-visibility module that was moved higher and a supposedly underperforming page that actually had high time-on-page engagement. As a result, SERMO improved campaign measurement, optimized content placement, and can now quantify engagement KPIs and segment-specific conversion behavior using Woopra.
