Woopra enabled Hubstaff to identify highly engaged trial users, personalize communications, and answer key questions (which plans convert better, which segments retain longer, the onboarding conversion rate, and the impact of blog/podcast) — shifting the company to fully data-driven decisions and broad employee data transparency.
