Wysija, a freemium WordPress newsletter plugin launched in 2011, needed a better online presence and a simpler way to support users. The team wanted a clean website plus a support site that worked within their WordPress multisite setup and avoided the complexity of third-party helpdesk tools.
WooCommerce helped Wysija build both experiences using Woo’s Biznizz theme for the main site and SupportPress for the helpdesk. With a few customizations and child themes, Wysija launched quickly, kept support and customer management connected, and delivered a smartphone-ready support portal with fast, personalized help.
