Vital Health Foods is one of South Africa’s oldest and most respected health and wellness brands. They relied mainly on brick-and-mortar retail but wanted to grow online by replacing a legacy Magento store with a single, cohesive site that clearly communicated their brand, made products easy to find and buy, and supported a year-long Vital Club membership that applies discounts site-wide.

kri8it rebuilt the site on WordPress/WooCommerce using a custom Canvas child theme, exporting products and users from Magento and implementing a membership workflow (product-based yearly membership, Groups + Dynamic Pricing + custom hooks) so member discounts apply automatically across categories. The project also added a front-end Q&A system for Vital Experts, improved navigation with UberMenu, integrated payments and coupons, and delivered a manageable, future-proof store with better UX, streamlined product management and stronger membership conversion potential.
