Nutribullet improves conversion rate by 35% with WooPayments

NutriBullet, a globally known kitchen appliances brand, needed a better checkout experience as it shifted from multiple microsites to a more streamlined direct-to-consumer ecommerce strategy. After a site audit showed customers were abandoning checkout due to payment friction, NutriBullet chose WooCommerce and WooPayments to modernize its online store and support a more secure, flexible payment flow.

WooCommerce implemented WooPayments with custom integration support for NutriBullet’s highly customized environment, including APIs, ERP connectivity, and existing tools like Signifyd, while also enabling in-person payments at events. The results were strong: NutriBullet reported a 35% increase in conversion rate, higher average order value, and later an additional 18% lift after adding Apple Pay and Google Pay.
