Joe Coffee Company is a family-run New York roaster and café group celebrating 15 years of small-batch, single-origin coffee and community-focused classes across nearly 20 locations. Needing a digital home as warm and forward-thinking as their cafés, they sought a site that could support home delivery, a monthly subscription service, and product pages with custom options (like grind selection) and richer coffee details.

Oregon studio Needmore Designs built a tailored WooCommerce site featuring customized product pages with a grind-select dropdown and playful hover illustrations, plus integrations for payments and fulfillment (Stripe, ShipStation, UPS, and a Purchase Order gateway). The new site brings Joe Coffee’s retail, subscription and wholesale offerings together in a cohesive, branded experience that supports online ordering, deliveries and customer education.
